Mossi Winery boasts centuries of history: it has been producing wine since at least 1558. It is located on the hills of Piacenza (240 m abv.), in the western area of the Emilia-Romagna region (northern Italy), where it grows the traditional varieties of the area, including Barbera and Croatina for red wines, Ortrugo and Malvasia di Candia Aromatica for white wines. In recent decades, it has taken care of Malvasia Rosa grapes, a very rare variety produced by only three wineries around the world. It has received numerous national and international awards and recognitions (IWSC, DWWA, DAWA, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, Wine Hunter…).

During the visit to the Cellar it is possible to access the Farming Museum where agricultural and household tools that have belonged to the Mossi family for generations are kept.
